deanarey @nnekajanelle on the listing, it states no scratches, but there are white scratches/scuffs on the corner. And there are stains inside which were also not listed. There is no key, which also was not listed (unless I missed it)

deanarey I actually do not want to return the bag. I just do not like your attitude. The bag has white scuff marks on the corner. They will not come off. The bag has brown stains in the inside and the key is missing (both of which you continue to not acknowledge here in our messages). I have pics. And can send them to you if you provide an email or number to text OR tell me how to send them in PM

deanarey @nnekajanelle it would have been nice if you listed the bag more accurately as that would have affected my offer. That is what my issue is. I feel I paid more than I would have offered based on the actual condition of the bag. I have time to decide if I want to do a return. And I will do just that.

nnekajanelle @deanarey i don’t have a attitude. The item is in great condition. Considering the fact if you bring the bag to Louis Vuitton they will even fix any issue you have. That bag is currently 3,000 and up in the Louis Vuitton store. If it was me personal so would look at it as a steal and go to a leather spa or any high end European repair/fix and resolve the issue. Considering the fact that it’s still hot on the market.

deanarey We will just agree to disagree. All of the above is not the point. I agree the bag is in good condition which is why I don’t want to return it. My point is the description should have included these issues so that the buyer is aware of exactly what they are receiving. You can’t assume that ppl can or even want the extra leg work of taking a bag for repairs. And if that’s the case, they should be aware that is needed at the time of purchase. That is all.
