godbless5 Thanks for the message. I don't have any listings due to the fact I had to take custody of 2 grandkids and I got them with the clothes in their back. I'm glad I checked out this site as I have an empty closet that I need to stick!

godbless5 @carstreeter thanks for the welcome note. It looks like you work hard on your postings. Maybe you can help me. I made an inexpensive first purchase to see how it worked. I then made another purchase. I received notifications on the second purchase and they arrived. On my first purchase it showed me the listing marked sold, but since that nothing else. I haven't received the item. What do I do?

carstreeter @godbless5 no worries the buyer has a few days to ship. If it is not shipped, poshmark will send the person a message. They will send you a message too. After a certain time you will have the option to cancel and have your money refunded.

godbless5 @carstreeter I see where it has been paid for. I also looked for a phone number to contact and all I have found is where I can email them. Do you know how long they have to ship? After looking at her listings she only had the one I bought, which makes me think she's new to this and if she's keeping up with her listing. That's a lesson learned for me! So does Posh initiate an email or not to me after a period of time when there isn't any action on the sellers part or do I need to initiate it?

carstreeter @godbless5 When you receive our shipping label, we recommend you print it out and ship out your sale as soon as possible, as the buyer is eagerly awaiting their item! Most of our sellers ship within 2 days of purchase. Please note that if your sale remains unshipped by the 7th day, the buyer can cancel the order, and you will likely lose your sale and earnings. Poshmark reserves the right to automatically cancel any order that remains unshipped by the 21st day after purchase.

godbless5 @carstreeter you're so sweet to take the time to help me out. I guess I'm still confused because under my orders, initially the first order showed up. However, now I don't see anything so I don't even know how I would report it. I did send a copy of the item to a friend so I do have that and it does show sold. Meaning I have a way to show the item and the seller. I'll give it a week and then if I can't figure out how to report it and cancel I may be asking your help again

godbless5 I have bought a few items on FB marketplace, but I live in the country so traveling to buy costs allot. I was in an accident 32 years ago that left me paralyzed and my van gets bad gas mileage. Also, having Posh shipping to me is a huge +. I'm just a grandmother trying my best! I really need this site to work for me!!!

carstreeter @godbless5 You are doing great so don’t get discouraged. I too am a “Nonny” with Rheumatoid Disease. Poshmark has given me my sense of security back. I’m so sorry to hear about your accident. I can only imagine. Another helpful hint is when you are ready to ship an item, you can go online and schedule a pickup from USPS. They will come right to your door and get the item for you.

carstreeter With your obvious determination, you will do great. I would definitely send an email to Poshmark with a screenshot of the item you bought that is no longer listed. You are doing great and asking questions is the best way. I hope this information helps. Have a great day. Carla

emibarb Hello. Thank you for the rude comments and rating. It is absolutely not my fault that YOU ordered something by mistake. No worries on my end, I still get paid. So thanks! These clothes were not purchased by me second hand - these clothes belonged to my child and were leftover from a sale. The original price field on Poshmark is a REQUIREMENT- and I wasn’t going to try to calculate what the original price for these items were. The listing showed all the contents.
