maryalexandria Hello - I am so sorry, but I accidentally sent you the wrong item. Instead of the snake bracelet you purchased, I sent the other one in my closet, the one with the green eyes. I have already contacted Poshmark, so when you receive the item, you just have to open a ticket with them and I'll have the correct one out to you as soon as possible. Please accept my apologies. deannabailey9 @maryalexandria i have a problem and i have contacted customer service about it but havent heard back from them i dont have a printer to print out shipping label and i dont have a car right now either and i dont know how im gonna get this bracelet back to u im not very happy over all this i dont know what to do the only thing i can think of right now is if u would agree i will just keep this bracelet and well call it even unless u can come up with a better plan

maryalexandria @deannabailey9 Hi - I am so sorry about the mix-up. The thing is, the bracelet I sent you by mistake is a more valuable one, I have it for sale for $60 in my closet. I am not in a position financially to take the loss. I imagine Poshmark emailed you the label for the return. If you like, you could email it to me and I could print it and mail it to you. I know in my town you can give Poshmark packages to the mailcarrier became the label is pre-printed. Would that work?

deannabailey9 @maryalexandria hi mary sorry but when i go to shipping label it will no longer come up it said i had 24 hrs to ship or the shipping label will be cx maybe u can get customer service to download it to u this way also they will know what is happening

maryalexandria @deannabailey9 Hi again - I contacted PM support and asked them to resend the label. I also looked at FAQ, and it said to go to "my purchases", select the item, then scroll down to "download label". I imagine you have already done all that, but if that does not work, contact PM support. That should work
