lola723 @papillonwings I’m so sorry you weren’t happy with your package. I will be more than happy to refund your money. I’m just baffled, because I’ve never had a problem with cleanliness, or packaging. I made sure I individually wrapped each box before I put them in a larger box. Can you please let me know what was wrong? This is my livelihood and my source of income. Therefore my reviews are vital for me to make a living. I would definitely do whatever I can to make this right!!

lola723 I thought I’d reach out one last time and see what was wrong with my packaging, or what I need to correct. I offered a refund if you felt the items weren’t up to your standards. Like I said before, it was just puzzling. I buy direct from the store, package in a pet free, smoke free office and I’m still baffled by my review. I would like to know what I can do to make it up to you?

debfroth @lola723 I'm sorry my husband has been critically ill and I've had a lot going on. One if them leaked everywhere and there was basically nothing left- and it was my fav 😒
