nasnag Debbie, I have to cancel the sale of the Brooks Bros black velvet full length dress. When I removed it from the closet in preparation for shipping, I noticed that the fabric was damaged about 12 inches from the bottom because it was hitting the floor. The gown is not hemmed, but there was no way for me to know if the damage would be noticeable when you altered the length. I could not in good faith sell it to you in this condition. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I recently moved 1000 miles across the country during Covid and I’m still getting organized. I had the blouse dry clean before I left and it was in perfect condition.
