sueboo32 @culpepperhouse2 hi, i saw your comment and I’m terribly sorry that this happened. I tried tagging you in a comment on the sweater you purchased to let you know that I sent out the wrong shirt. The day i sent it out, I made a claim right away that I had sent the wrong item. Poshmark sent me an email saying they had sent you an email to let you know that you could open a case.

sueboo32 @culpepperhouse2 I am guessing that either you didn’t see or receive an email from them, or you waiting longer than 3 days after the order was delivered to try and open a case. Either way I’m really sorry that this happened, I don’t want you to think that I did this purposefully. If you want I could even post a picture of the email i got confirming that Poshmark sent out an email to you to let you know.

sueboo32 @culpepperhouse2 I wrote to them telling about what had happened and if there’s a way to possibly fix this. Again I’m sorry this happened. Not sure if Poshmark will be able to help but ill be more than willing to work with you on trying to get you the right item.

sfbagardengirl Hi culpepperhouse2 - I sent you a messge on my listing for the Black "Tees by Tina" stretch skirt, not sure you'll see it there, so I went into your offer (I have had to messge buyers before if here was a prob with the tracking or some delay) - but I accidentally upped the cost to $9! SO sorry! All I meant was to try and lyk that I my CA roommate (who sends these for me when I am out of CA) - is not responding to me timely. Can you wait a bit? That's why I delayed answering/accepting offer.

sfbagardengirl hi culpepperhouse2 - wanted to give you an update. I'm so sorry, but this is the SECOND item (in a week!) that my roommate was NOT able to find. I'm currently out of state (away from my CA closet) - and my roommte kindly looks through ALL my clothes (I havtons, it's NOT easy) - and she USUALLY / ALWAYS finds things. THIS PAST WEEK - she could not find your Black skirt here. I wlll be returning to CA in April or June (latest.) I WILL FIND THIS. By then you prolly wpn't want it, no worries
