rrranda Dear Debra, I am truly sooo sorry about the broken purse strap.....I had no idea, as I bought it used and never touched it after that. I honestly made no attempt to do any sly quick fix on it. I am a Christian and an honest person. I asked Poshmark to refund you the money and you can donate the purse to charity or whatever u want. Again, forgive the big boo boo!!!! So sorry!!!
