debrakgeer @suesstuff273 my rating is based solely on my satisfaction with the sweater. The rating system does not allow you to separate the seller from the product unfortunately. I was hoping my comment would distinguish that.

humblethread @debrakgeer Hi!! I’m sorry you’re unhappy with the sweater. The stock photo does show the zipper on the outside. The stock photo is only a model is to show styling - there are seven pictures included of the actual sweater with close ups of the tags etc. This item is not a knock off - I am highly against selling inauthentic items.

humblethread It’s listed clearly in the description that the first photo is stock and the true item is the one in the following photos. It is also listed in the item description and shown in the photos that the zipper is exposed.

debrakgeer @humblethread I’m not necessarily unhappy with the sweater, there just seemed to be a discrepancy between pics, I’m new to this posh thing and I need to make sure I don’t base my expectations on stock pics and ensure I see pics of what is actually listed.

qtboss1 Debra I am very sorry that the pants are to short. I do say length in my description not inseam I do know the difference. If you needed to know the inseam measurements I would have been more then happy to measure them for you. I have sold pants in the past and never had an issue and people have asked me to measure for them. I do appreciate the rating but going forward I would ask those questions before purchasing. debrakgeer @nanazfinds I don’t understand what you are attempting to say, I did not receive the necklace I purchased. It appears I was shipped somebody else’s order I’m guessing. There was a red knitted something and a couple of boxes with earrings.
