dnierzwicki @babysydney hi. Thanks for introducing yourself. I am still navigating the site. I’m interested more in shopping than selling. I’ve noticed that I don’t get replies on comments/questions I have on the item. I haven’t found the way to communicate directly with the seller. For instance, trying to find out when something will arrive or to expedite the shipping. Can you help?

babysydney @dnierzwicki Hi! Unfortunately the only way to communicate is through the item by commenting, a lot of people aren’t very responsive. You can contact posh support (@yourusername, click on posh support) to let them know an item hasn’t been shipped. They can’t help with unresponsive people though. Sometimes the mail is wonky too. I’ve dropped items off inside the post office & they don’t get scanned for days. I’m unable to wait in line to be told they “can’t scan it right now.”

babysydney @dnierzwicki also you should be able to track shipping once the USPS has it. Check your email for updates. One should come that it’s been shipped.

dnierzwicki @babysydney I just received a top that I purchased. I can return it in time because I ordered it fir a trip and leave soon but the shirt has sun fading on the shoulders. How am I suppose to mail it back or complain about the defect i. The item.

babysydney @dnierzwicki did you accept it yet? If not, don’t. In the @yourusername section click on FAQs and put returns in the search magnifying glass. There are articles there with all the steps. If the seller said it was in excellent condition and it’s faded but didn’t say so and you didn’t accept it you should be able to return it, but do it ASAP

dnierzwicki @babysydney posh support. It reads “Would you be willing to accept at $15 credit for your case regarding (item description)? Please accept or refuse. But it doesn’t say whether I’ll be charged for the original purchase. I wanted to know that before I accepted so I sent another comment to support. Complicated communication process.

babysydney @dnierzwicki hhhhmmmm that’s weird. Sounds like they’re trying to give you $15 off the original price. Did they give an option of returning the item for a full refund? I would wait to hear back from them. I doubt they’re offering you a full refund plus a $15 credit (unless the credit is only good for a few days). Please keep me posted. This is new so I’m interested to hear what’s happening!

babysydney @dnierzwicki thanks! I’m dying to hear, seems extra cheap. As if Posh isn’t already getting bank off us 🤷🏼‍♀️ Yes! the double zipper! Said she took it to a cleaners & they couldn’t zip it either.🙄 1 part was at the top & 1 the bottom. She said it was broken. I told support it worked fine when it left me but I couldn’t prove it so they allowed the return. I was livid! I reposted it but took a big loss on the next time it sold. I swear it was buyers remorse or it didn’t fit her…
