seabreeze47 @chica247 hello, you need to open a return case. poshmark will send you a label through email so you can ship back to me, once item is delivered back to me poshmark will issue your full refund. please let me know i can help in any other way! ty ;)

seabreeze47 @chica247 hello, I haven't received any messages for the return/refund. I think when you rated purse basically you received item so poshmark released funds. You will have to contact poshmark support and explain situation so you can get your money back. I left the money in my posh balance until this is resolved. thanks again maggie

chica247 @seabreeze47 Hello, I didn’t rate the purse until Poshmark marked it as “auto delivered”. They did this before the three days was technically up. I did try to submit a return request before it was marked auto delivered and I left the review, but their system wouldn’t accept my request - I kept tapping “submit” and nothing happened. I have been in touch with them directly and am waiting for a response. Sorry for the hassle.

chica247 @seabreeze47 Of course. Poshmark did issue me a full refund, but said I should keep the bag. I don’t feel right about this unless you were compensated in some way by Poshmark. Please let me know if you would like your bag returned to you. Either way, I’m editing my rating now. Thank you! 🙂
