melwyatt01 Hi! I just saw your review and I am sorry the items did not arrive to your satisfaction. The pendant is removable so that is a matter of just readjusting it. I am not sure why you said the Victoria necklace came in three pieces that is not correct. Did one of the rings come undone from the necklace? If you would like to send it back to me please let me know so I may fix it. Please let me know.

denisemaria @melwyatt01 The Victoria arrived broken in 3 separate pieces. The necklace must be reattached using the tiny separated links. I am going to ask a young person to use a slim pliers to put it together and squeeze links closed. And to remove the peachy keen pendant & center it. Sending pieces back is a lot of time & effort for me.

melwyatt01 You do realize the piece on the peachy necklace is removable, you do not have to have any special tools. You turn it over and unclasp it. Also you made it sound like the Victoria Necklace was broken in three different pieces but rather the small hooks came unhooked. I should have double checked before I sent it but I am so busy with end of the year school meetings I did not want to prolong shipment.

denisemaria @melwyatt01 I changed the rating. My fingers cannot perform fine motor skills. The pendant on peachy is now centered. Someone is going to put the Victoria together for me.

melwyatt01 Ok glad to hear about the peachy necklace. I am sorry the hooks slipped off on the Victoria. I hope you enjoy wearing them. I hate that I even sold the Victoria but I never wear it! Thanks for changing your rating. I wasn't too concerned with that :) I just will not sell anything that I dont seem worthy enough to sell. Thanks again
