keepitgoingcc 5 parts too long for 1 :-) Hi there, I wanted to reach out to you about the dress. I haven't heard back from PM yet, so I think we need to go ahead and decide on how to return the dress back to me and get your money back to you :-). I'm happy to receive it back and know I will be able to sell it pretty quickly. I've had lots of interest in it and this is a good time of year for special occasions.

keepitgoingcc In summary, our measurements don't agree and you don't think you will be able to wear it in the future. This does happen, it's usually because both parties aren't measuring in the same way. The measurements you provided would appear to be more like a size large. Some brands do have a range which is why measurements are a good. But we see, that isn't always good either :-). If it was my choice, I would have a no questions asked return policy but I can't even choose that option.

keepitgoingcc . I have taken back returns in the past for size and happy to do it because I really care and want everyone to be happy. Silly huh!?! I would have immediately suggested you open a return when you contacted me but a couple days ago, I saw a video (may not be accurate info) that as a seller you can get banned off PM for doing that

keepitgoingcc . Because this is my form of income, I wanted to verify that with customer service and to make sure I was ok since I took items back for size in the past. I don't want to keep waiting since I haven't heard back from them because you only have 3 days from time of receipt and it would be unfair to you if the time lapsed.

keepitgoingcc As I see it, there are two options, you can open a case and we can just hope there are no issues on my end. Or second option which is PM guideline, you can accept the item, post it for resale. As they call reposh. I would then buy it from you (that would be my choice :-) to prevent issues). Sorry to say so much, I tried to keep it shorter. Please let me know how you want to proceed. I would like to get this done as soon as we can so I can get it posted again. Thank you so much Denise!

dnslotito77 @ccolon64 I think I understand. I am out right now but will read everything again and post it for sale. Yes it is beautiful and would be perfect for me. If you list it again I would let the potential buyer know that the top is not a size 16. To be honest even when I was a 10 I don’t think it would have fit. Just an FYI to avoid this happening again!

keepitgoingcc Hi, I received it today, thank you. I think at this point, PM just needs to refund your money. I don't see an option to push it forward from my end so I guess we have to wait for the process. Not sure how long (I'd guess maybe a day or two) I didn't see anything in the FAQs.
