tammur Hello Denise. I am so sorry to hear that the crystal candle holders were broken! I wrapped them with bubble wrap in such a way that I thought they would survive the travel. They certainly left here in perfect condition. I do not want you to accept them broken! Kindly report this to Poshmark and ship them back to me for a full refund.

tammur You can report it through problems or Poshmark Inquiry at the bottom of your order. Poshmark will send you a return label for you to send back to me. I do not want you paying anything for them and will offer you a discount on anything else you see and like in my closet for the trouble caused. Again, so sorry. As I said, they were in one piece when they left here and I have shipped many breakables with no issues.

karenkloset2021 Denise. I did reach out to Poshmark (about your recent broken items) but they cannot adjust an order once it's accepted. Should this happen to you again (damages goods) please make sure you don't accept the item but indicate it as a repair or damage and Poshmark will not charge you. This is a most unfortunate incident and has never happened to me before. Please contact Poshmark support to see what they can do for you.
