cwishrn @reneeand Hi, I can help you. On your main screen, bottom right corner is your username and a pic of person. Click on that and scroll through the help section and your account info, etc..... When replying to a post, be sure to hit “reply” so that person gets the message in their news/comments section. I came across your question for me by accident. If help section doesn’t help..... I’d be happy to walk you through whatever you need.

reneeand @cwishrn I'm doing something wrong. Sorry I'm not real tech savvy. I want to place an order for the holidays but can't get an answer from a seller. I sent a message a week ago to a seller but didn't hear back so apparently I'm doing it wrong. I'd really like to get going on Poshmark. Can you help?

cwishrn @reneeand Hi. If you sent a message to a seller who didn’t respond then they might not be very active on Poshmark. If you want to buy something then hit the Buy Now button on the bottom right hand corner of the item. If you had a question to get answered before you buy and did not get a response, be leery of buying from that seller. They may not send your item. Does that help?
