minkanthea I just got a case opened about a sweatshirt that she did not receive and received some red boots! I have done this once before and I did it again. So you will be getting a sweatshirt! I’m so sorry…. Please open case and I’ll approve and explain 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

niceberg206 @minkanthea yes I have a blue sweatshirt that I did not order. !! can you have the recipient of the cowboy boots to send them to me and I'll send them the Marant sweatshirt. We would simply get the other customer to switch with me. no case needs to be opened but I REALLY WANT THE RED BOOTS!! SO if you can contact the person and they agree, I will happily forward sweatshirt on to them. we all make mistakes so I am offering the opportunity to make this right! Kind regards, Dennie

I'm not going through hassle of opening a case over so little. this😃was your error as a Posher, thus responsibility of making it right is YOUR burden. You can resolve it quickly by shipping MY red boots to me, as I'm ready to ship your sweatshirt back to you, and we will all be happy! thank you! :-) Dennie
