lilmilo @dianaysebas0730 i copied this from the POSHapp FAQ: Oops! I accidentally purchased an item. What should I do? You may cancel your order through the app within 3 hours of the order being placed. To cancel an accidental purchase, click on your Account Tab → My Purchases → Problems/Order Inquiry → Accidental Purchase. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

lilmilo @dianaysebas0730 yes I really shipped it. I can post a photo of the shipping receipt if you want to see it. I did not realize until over an hour after I had been to the post office, that I held back the wrong parcel. we need to have the Poshmark people figure out what to do now.

lilmilo @dianaysebas0730 please accept the item through the Poshmark app when it arrives. you always have the option to re-posh, using your own photos, donate, or sell on another forum. Posh has policies they need to enforce. I think that has more to do with their response to you, than that they don't understand.
