tinacrooks Diana, I am Sooo sorry! I did not realize that you was new to Posh when you purchased my Harley Davidson Capris. First I want to say, Welcome!!! You are going to love Posh, please let me know if you have any questions. I should have told you how the whole thing works and that is my bad, I take full responsibility for that :( I truly appologize! After you purchase an item, the seller has, I believe 5 or 7 days to ship, if they don't ship after that time, you can cancel your order.

tinacrooks I always ship same or next day. After Seller ships then you will get notice of that and able to then see tracking and know when it will be delivered. After you receive your item, you need to carefully review your item to make sure it is as described in the ad. Even though there is no returns, you can file for a return under certain conditions, if item is damaged or stained and not advised or pictured in ad, if the item is different than described, if say ad states item s too.

tinacrooks You can return an item if it's a different size than advertised, etc. Damaged or stained and that info. Was not pictured or disclosed in ad. You can not return for wrong size and since alot of these items are used and are washed, dried and shrunk, it is always a good idea to request measurements too. HOWEVER you have to file for a return BEFORE you accept your item. You should not accept your item until you receive it and have time to look it over. .

tinacrooks Personally I always accept same day I receive, unless there is an issue, so the funds can be released to my seller. Funds are not released to the seller until the buyer accepts the item. At this time you can also rate your seller. I know alot of us sellers work very hard to keep our buyers happy and truly appreciate those 5 star ratings ;)

tinacrooks So once you accept, there is absolutely nothing we can do to undo it. You can change your rating and Rating message, if you choose though. So I noticed that you accidentally accepted your item even though I just shipped today and there is no way you already received. So the funds already released to me.

tinacrooks REALLY just 1 star, I didn't even know until a few minutes ago that you never received your item! I sent it IMMEDIATELY and USPS said they delivered to your address. That is ALL I KNEW until 15 minutes ago. I received a message from posh that you said you never received the item, even though USPS said it was delivered so posh returned your money, HOW IS THIS MY FAULTZ

tinacrooks I'm not sure what happened to your item but I have contacted Posh regarding this issue and the rating, because unfortunately I feel blindsided. You never contacted me to let me know you had any issue with your item not arriving or asking any questions or concerns or anything.

tinacrooks So I packed your Harley Davidson Capri and a Gift up and shipped them out ASAP , as,I do all my orders. Then I recd a notice that your item was delivered to you. I assumed you was happy with your purchase and was waiting patiently for you to accept. I was never informed by YOU or POSH that there was,ever an issue with this item being lost.

tinacrooks If i would have been contacted regarding this issue, I could have contacted the post office directly with a claim. Posh just informed me that you also didn't file a claim with them, which also prevented them from opening a case to review this issue, so the item could be located and a claim with the post office could be correctly filed.

tinacrooks Instead, somehow, which I'm still confused on how Posh was notified that you didn't receive the item but since, it wasn't done thry you correctly notifying and filing a claim with posh or myself, they decided to settle, WITHOUT any of my knowledge that anything was wrong and return your money and marked the case "settled" which has NOW closed it.

tinacrooks With it being CLOSED without my knowledge anything was wrong, I had ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to help or fix the problem or issue with your order. What I can say is it shipped the next day and my record showed it arrived but with the case closed posh has removed shipping info and closed.

tinacrooks And so i filed with Posh on your review, which I believe is unfair, you never sent me a message or anything to tell me there was,an issue, my info showed you received your item. Then you rated me with 1 star saying I could do better at everything. I can't do better at anything I don't know about. You have the ability to review this issue and change the rating according and be fair.

tinacrooks As Posh sellers we work very very hard to sell very nice items at great prices and ship very fast and package them very well with notes and gifts but I cannot be held responsible for the actions of the USPS. I could have done all the foot work of calling and investigating the tracking of the package, if I would have been given the opportunity, but I was not.

tinacrooks Thank you so much for the rating update and I know Posh refunded your money but if I do receive the item back, I 100% will send it to you Free, no shipping or cost for all your trouble and wait. I always tape my labels very well with business shipping tape do there is no way that label came off, so it has to show up eventually, if USPS does what they say, it should come back home and I will let you know ASAP! tinacrooks @dianaperez499 I can't look at the address it was shipped now but you might look at it again and see, you might also talk to the postman when he or she comes in and see if they remember the package and where they delivered it to, my post lady is awesome and she remembers everything. It was in a med. Size white USPS box w/red priority mail on it.

tinacrooks @dianaperez499 I am truly sorry this happened, it has never happened to me with USPS, I shipped with FedEx on E*bay and their records lost the package but it showed up on , but a couple days late, so stressful. I'm hoping that it was just returned and I will get it just any day, so keep watching your messages, i will let you know!

tinacrooks @dianaperez499 the label is sent to me and I just print and apply it to the box, the address will be exactly as you have entered it into your account. You can go into your account and look at your shipping address, verify it is correct. It would be a good idea to do this before you buy anything else anyway.
