ddstowell Good afternoon, I shipped your items out yesterday morning. I washed the bookbag inside out leaving the main zipper unzipped. I wanted to preserve the sequins as much as possible but I wanted it clean. Then I placed it inside a garment bag to wash. However, even though I took all necessary precautions I noticed some sequins on the side had either lost their shine/color or either fell off. I didn’t see any

ddstowell Loose strings so I honestly fell like the color washed off. I was in such a hurry to get it shipped out for delivery to be made before school started that I didn’t inspect thoroughly. ddstowell Furthermore pls tell me where in the listing for the bookbag does it say “good condition”? Thank you. It absolutely does not. It says it shows signs of wear but does not have rips or holes. It also states that 1 ear is hanging on by a thread.
