@dianaj_15 Once you sell something you will get an email with the label in it, you then package up the item and tape the label on it and send it to the buyer. Once the buyer receives your items they will have 3 days to "accept" it, once they do the money goes in to your "balance". You can transfer it to your bank or you can shop with it, which is my problem! 😂😂 Does that answer your question?
