Hi Diana, you had 3 days to accept your purchase otherwise it is auto accepted and this is the rule by Poshmark but not a complete lie. You should have a strong reason to return in 3 days. The bag is in perfect vintage condition that even you can sell it in a higher price too, I suggest you to do reposhing instead of such a negative comment. The tracking shows it is delivered so how you say never received your order?????

@dsmol Hi Dear, I am really sorry regarding your YSL order, when I tracked it showed delivered, contacted Posh, no response. I did not have my bag till today. The sender has been very nice and returned it to me. It might be delivered to somewhere around you by post office delivery mistake. In this situation only Poshmark can refund you that I am glad they did. I just wanted you know this issue has not been my fault and I was trying to find out what has been going on. Please accept my apology.
