Hello, I just saw your comment for the Chanel case. As my pictures show, on the back of the case (see the third photo), there is no such hole you talked about. I am not sure what happened in transit but I assure you I would not have sold you the case if it had that big of a flaw. I apologize for the disappointment, but thank you for accepting the purchase nonetheless.

I have paid for everything i bought. I have ordered many chanel cosmetics with out issue. The few were not marked as received
