Hey I just read your comment about protectaclear. I did a lot of research on this before I used it and that’s why I sent the note about it. To me I haven’t seen any difference in the coloring on the silver. But I did notice that it really brightened the stones. I have contacted Everbrite regarding safe removal.

But I want to make this right so I’d like to reorder your items in the sizes you bought and once their in I’ll ship them to you and include a shipping label prepaid for you to return the others back, and I won’t use the treatment on them. Is this ok with you? I want you happy!

@albaugh94 Thank you, that would be great because I love the rings. Others would appreciate the coating, but I am a silver fanatic. Please forgive me, I emailed a general question to Poshmark asking if they could bend the rules and give me a refund due to the circumstances. I really didn’t think you could do anything, but I guess I should have sent you a note first. I’ll take care of that. The rings are beautiful, especially the purple. Thank you so much!

@gylna hi I never received anything at all from Poshmark about this. I was waiting to hear from the company which I just got. They said it won’t hurt the ring by using acetone, xylene or lacquer thinner.

Just pour a bit into the cap and put the ring in where it’s submerged and let it soak for a few minutes that use qtip to kind of wipe it off then rinse good repeat as necessary. What they did was cancel the sale and removed your name from sale so I never saw your messages until I went looking for you just now when I got email from company.
