dianejacobson @sunnybelle17 It is a recurring issue because of where I live. Our mail person doesnt even attempt to leave packages as we all work during the day and they wouldn't be safe. She let's me know and I just pick them up from the post office on my lunch. As soon as I get them I follow up.
