Good evening. I was not aware that there was a nailhead sticking up in left boot, or else I would not have sold them that way. Obviously I’m female and didn’t try on the boot. They did originally have insoles inside of them, that I removed because they were very dirty. I never once got stuck by a nail when cleaning the inside of the boots, and I had to clean them several times, due to the age of the boots. I am very particular with what I send out. Sorry you were not happy with your purchase.
