Hey Dina. I just got the case report for the boots. I really hope I didn't post the wrong size -the European sizing is strange. I went off a chart though! Anyways really sorry if I made a mistake. Let me know what the tag size says so I can figure out what went wrong.

Hi there. Tag says UK 38 and next to it, USL "7". I've taken a size 8 for 30 years and these are definitely too small. Sorry!

Just wanted to let you know that the LL Bean Baby Bag shipped earlier this week. I checked the receipt and it was not scanned. I stopped by the post office this morning and I was told that it is en route and will scan at some point. Even if it is when it shows up in your town. My apologies for the inconvenience. Hi Dina, I'm sorry about the barrette, Even items from Italy I guess have flaws, I'm so sorry. I wish PM would have a rating for experience & one for issues, because that makes us look bad. I'll ship another one out Tuesday (no mail monday) I'm hoping it will help you feel better. That's all I can do for now. I've sold quite a bit of them, so I'm hoping you got the one defective one& the replacement will work better. If you can use the broken one by fixing it, please keep it. Thank you again.
