@dinageiger I would take those earrings to a pawn shop you might get more for the cost of gold. They look heavy, not sure if the value went down but I sold a lot of my gold a few years ago. You would be seriously surprised, plus you won’t have to give 20%. I’m not positive on that one but it’s worth checking.

@amandadosis Ok, thank you! I had to cancel my engagement ring. Someone here reminded me of how rare the heart shaped diamond was and the person trying to buy it was going to resell it for ALOT more. I'm going to be taking that to a shop hopefully this weekend.

A good place to flip stuff is Salvation Army. You would be seriously shocked what people literally give away. When your in there google the items and see what there selling for! Seriously, it will help!

@dinageiger if your trying to sell your engagement ring I would try Craig’s list or eBay. At pawn shops they will rip you off, the markup on diamonds are insane. I know people who have 20k engagement rings and only got offered a few thousand. Just make sure you are always aware of the value before selling something like that. Do your homework, especially on something potentially very valuable.

@dinageiger although diamonds did go up this year. I had to reassess mine. I would get it assessed so you can get an accurate price. Plus if someone is going to pay top dollar they will probably want it anyway. Good luck!! If you need any help or tips just ask!! XO
