Hey I'm so sorry that you are unhappy with the purchase I never opened or used the item please file a problem rather than rate me poorly that is how it was purchased and I sold it never opened. I'm sorry for the disappointment but I could have accepted a return if you stated there was an issue rather than accepting it and saying bad things. If it was not as described that is what should have been done but everyone else got full bottles new in boxes and were quiet happy. Next time please return.
