keen3ye @dleedavis cool... the reason I do that is cuz if I counter I'm stuck if the buyer chooses not to accept. I lose the sale. Where as if I ask them I can gauge how interested a person is. Plus it gives me the full 24 hours to think about accepting the original offer if they never get back to me. It gives me more options. It's a trick I picked up when I was buying retail goods and my counters were getting no response.
