lovinresale I hear you on the jeans. Since you already paid for them you cant file a claim. What you can do is relist them for the same amount and I will buy them back. Sorry they didn’t work out. Just let me know when they are listed. In the end we both pay for shipping and Poshmark gets their 20%... Thanks - Janine.

lovinresale @dlbustamante Agree I am losing too. Its a mutual situation. Like I mentioned before, not everyone buys things back once they have been accepted. If you had tried them on before accepting it could have been a legit return where I would have paid for full return/label. Unfortunately you accepted before trying on.

lovinresale @dlbustamante I sincerely am sorry it hasn’t worked out. If you need to sell at a higher price it might be worth your while, you will just need to add more of a description. As you can see others similar are listed for $40-50 dollars. I did measure and list the inseam.

dlbustamante What I can’t understand is that there is also a hole next to the zipper! How could you sell with that hole there? Who would wear knowing that their underwear will be exposed AND the length was modified which you Did Not mention! I did not know that I couldn’t return after accepting shipment. I have disclosed this sale. I really wish You would do the right thing and return my money and you can have these extremely messed up jeans back! This purchase been an utter rip off

lovinresale @dlbustamante There is a picture of that hole with my finger pointing to it! Did you not read my description and see that? I blatantly pointed it out. Before reading your email I emailed PM to see if they can arrange a return even though you received and approved them with low rating before trying them on. I am sincerely trying to help out.
