It hasn’t been delivered and I can’t seem to get an answer from usps and thought maybe you could find out something on your end. I really want the bag but it seems to be lost in transit. Thanks. It is currently in transit to the next facility. I will try to call USPS tomorrow and get back to you. I am very sorry.

I couldn't get anyone to EVER answer the phone at the post office so I drove there only to be told that it is still at the warehouse (which I guess is the processing facility) I asked if there was a phone number that I could call. She just said that I just have to wait for it to process. I am so so sorry. I will keep trying to get some answers.

mimi_2_four I’m sorry to report this but my post office said they tracked the package back to Hamilton Ohio it never got to Colorado. It went back to the same facility it was mailed from so you need to check from your end and find out what they did with it. When you get any info let me know. So sorry this happened for both of us!

rasberrypatch @mimi_2_four Hi there, I am so sorry that this has happened. I checked the tracking number thru the Posh app and they started that the package was delivered to you. However I received mail from USPS on Monday that had the shipping lable from the package that I mailed to you. So I was on the phone with USPS on Monday for an over and hour and they have file a case for missing mail. I also had to go online and file a missing mail form. I hope that they can find our package and I am so sorry.

mimi_2_four @ddbastow thank you for all your time and effort on our behalf. I just hope they find it. I emailed posh customer support again and told them the package had been returned to the departing facility and not to release funds until I get it. If they go ahead and release funds to you I’ll call my credit card company and cancel payment. When I get the purse I’ll just pay you directly. I hope we find it before that happens. I don’t know why I haven’t heard from customer support yet.
