I am glad you like your item. As for the packaging, I had a customer receive one of her items with the package torn open and since I have spent the money to tape tape and retape those priority envelopes to prevent that from happening. I know it doesn't look pretty but it keeps your item safe and it's about the item right? I also never reuse tissue paper so if yours tore when I pushed it into the shipping envelope I'm sorry but I promise it was not pre-used.
