I am sorry you rated my wine holder a one star. I am very hurt by that as I took the time to wrap so carefully, along with a little gift for you as well as a personal "thank you" card. I know I had a couple scratches but not to where I feel I deserve a one star. I went out of my way to make it VERY special for you. Sorry you were dissatisfied. Km
