dnikseresht @oma058 I appreciate your transparency and as long as the dress still looks OK without them and doesn't have any odd pieces hanging off where the straps would have been, I'm OK without them. can't wait to get it and check it out. thank you again!

oma058 @dnikseresht hi there. First off, I apologize for not stating the stains. They are inside and not visible and I didn’t take note. Another posher on here had also asked if it was cleaned and I said no, so I figured that covered it. I am open to a 50% refund so that you can get it cleaned, however, I don’t think Poshmark offers partial refunds. If you know a way around it, please let me know so that we can get it resolved and you don’t have to send it back. Thanks and good night.

dnikseresht @oma058 Thank you for your kind response. I added comments to the claim before seeing this message but I made sure to say that I don't think the omission was purposeful. And the majority of the stain is on the second layer beneath the tulle but if you look closer it is also on the top tulle in some areas.

dnikseresht If poshmsrk won't do a partial then we can try to work something out because I didn't expect it to be perfect. I just was floored by the additional cost to clean the stain. The dress is otherwise in really good condition so, Just trying to come up with a middle ground to cover the unexpected $150 increase in cleaning. Thank you again for. your understanding.
