ladyelegan Hi, your rating was extremely unfair. You bought the dress on the 6th, I shipped the item on the 8th, waited by the door for the post office to open and dropped it and took a taxi to the airport for my work trip on Monday. I have NO CONTROL on how long for the post office to ship the item.

ladyelegan I received an email mid week while I was in LA asking me to ship your item as I was shocked myself since I shipped it on Monday morning. I called the post office and asked them if They lost my package, spoke to Ms. ONG at the Graceland station. She said she would call me back, but never did. By that evening, your item started tracking.

ladyelegan I just came back this weekend. As much as I tried, this was beyond my control. As USPS is not reliable at all time. you can check my record, I have most 5 star reviews and I work really hard for my closet.
