Hey, the strap is not broken on those boots, they button, depending on whether you roll down or leave up, if you have any questions please consider thoroughly checking your item before leaving a low score …one love

@patticakes86 The button was off when I looked inside I didn’t see the Diamond anywhere. So the strap is not working/broken.

But I checked everything, I really wish PM let us communicate better … i checked and double checked - nothing leaves my home without it, I left one up & one down to show the difference- please check your floor - thx

@patticakes86 I agree about communicating better. I took them to the shoe repair today and they’re trying to fix them some kind of way. I did check the box and inside the boot. Not there. However, I’ll change the rating. You did try.
