anahappy Hello dear. I shipped Zara boots to you on July 30 but it still shows in transit😭 Just want to make sure it is not a glitch. Normally it takes 2-3 days for orders to be delivered and it been a week now😳

drefiish @anahappy They still have not arrived. USPS tracking says they are still in transit. I've been getting antsy, but not much I can do other than keep waiting. Seems a ridiculous amount of time considering it is same state destination.

anahappy @drefiish That sucks!!! I have no idea what is taking them so long. I will try to call them on Monday and see if they can provide additional information. I shipped 2 packages that day and both still in route🙀🤨 All packages shipped after that were delivered already.

anahappy @drefiish Hello dear. I just want to give you an update. I filed a claim with USPS yesterday and they promised to start investigation. I shipped 2 orders the same day and both packages weren’t delivered even though all shipped within California 😳
