dreadesalvo @jess102203 I'm unable to use the other two steps due to allergies and I read the system only works if you do all three steps.....am I able to use them on their own and still have results?

jess102203 @dreadesalvo I'm guessing but I'm pretty sure you are allergic to the shellfish and iodine. Which in that case you can replace the women's vitamins with kids and the shakes with the balance capsules. I can send you all the nutritional Info on them.
