CS is important to me so if I’d known you wanted so badly (?)- I would have tried to get some for you but than they wouldn’t have arrived in time for your dress alteration. ddorm @myclosetstylist hi Wasn’t leaving negative review about the dust bag... was just commenting since everything was brand new in box, I was a little surprised you didn’t have one. I always use them, especially for packing and wish it had been available with the shoes and box. Please forgive the miscommunication about that!

ddorm @myclosetstylist Your CS is exceptional and if I have the opportunity to shop with you again I will. I travel a lot and use the dust bags in my luggage for cleanliness. Certainly was not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice if the dust bag was included which is why I asked if you had one. Love the little gift, it was a very nice touch. Still 5 stars and exceptional customer care! Sorry if you felt I was being critical about the service. Not the intent. Thanks again
