jen6453 @dylfrmthe914 i just chatted with Gucci customer service; they told me I needed to chat with Barneys…. Which is out of business 🤦🏽‍♀️ but they did still have an email so i sent one along with my original online receipt. I’ll get back to you if they ever respond I guess 🙄
