I shipped the black flats the day after you purchased them. For some reason they are not tracking. I am really sorry about this. Please let me know if they arrive.

They were tracked by the post office! Yay. They should be arriving any day now. It was all due to the weather and snow we had here in New England.

Hey girl! I’m sorry for not being able to respond to you, I’ve been on vacation ! I noticed that you purchased the express sock boots and I just wanted to let you know that I won’t be back from vacation until Tuesday night . Therefore I won’t be able to ship them until Wednesday.
