ju_anita Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I tried to send your order yesterday, but it was not accepted because the label indicated a maximum of 0.75kg instead of 2.5kg. I have informed PM yesterday, but I still have not heard anything back. I will wait another day and if nothing, I'll just upgrade the shipping label and have it sent out by Thursday. marrei @ju_anita no worries! I noticed that too when Canada Post pointed it out - I told him that Poshmark prepares label for prepaid shipping up to 2.5kg and we thought the .75 was an automatic average? They know me at the local Canada Posts in TO and up north lol and I always just leave packages on the side for them to bring in and avoid lines. I think they also know about Poshmark lol. Sorry for the trouble- you shouldn’t have to pay extra shipping?
