cabril091487 I have been working like crazy this week and today is my first day off.. I am so sorry I haven’t gotten it out yet; but it’s absolutely going out today. I’m getting dressed now to bring it to the post office. I’m so sorry! I recently just started working after a few weeks off due to my husband getting into an accident.. so it has been full force and super busy at work, but I will absolutely have it out within 2 hrs; plus a little something extra :)

ektasa @tianagoneyay Hi, so I checked the mail 2 days ago but it wasn't there. I do live in an apartment complex and the office people have to sort through everyone's packages before we're notified that we have packages though. So I'm hoping they just haven't sorted all my mail/packages yet. But I'm not sure. The status says "shipped" on Poshmark though. Idk if maybe you have a tracking number for it? I tried looking for one in my email but couldnt find it.

tianagoneyay Hi ty. It’s so odd. The tracking number shows up in the app when you click my purchases and then click the word “shipped”. It shows us the actual tracking # however when I click on it, it only says label created but it’s never actually been scanned. I’m afraid at this point it may be lost. I’ve had this happen once before where it never gets scanned but the buyer said it arrived so they just manually accepted

tianagoneyay I just want you to be able to get a refund if your items don’t arrive. It wouldn’t let me do anything on my end but you might have to open a case stating that you never actually received your item. It stinks bc I had saw that you liked the Bambi top too so I had went ahead and threw that in too since you paid full price. They were shipped the day you bought them though so it’s almost been 10 days. Shouldn’t take that long for a priority 2-3 day label.

ektasa @tianagoneyay Oh no. :( Ok, I will try to get a refund then. But before I do, I will check with my apartment office one more time. That was so sweet of you to add the Bambi shirt in the order though! I would've definitely been surprised! Idk how usps loses things, it's just stupid. But it's ok, sh$%#*t happens. Thanks for letting me know about where to find tracking by the way.

tianagoneyay Great news! Your tracking FINALLY updated TEN DAYS later- I’m curious though- it says “visible damage”. Not sure if that means they’re returning to sender or they fixed the bag and it’s going to you but I’ll keep you posted as I learn more.

tianagoneyay How horrible. I would file a claim with Poshmark instead as they could process a refund quicker than the time it takes to file a claim and get it approved. That’s ridiculous. If they were going to leave something like that in there then why wouldn’t they just start the claim automatically?!? Perhaps they need proof of how much the items cost but I thought priority was automatically insured for $50
