magicpear Hi poshmate! I'm so sorry to hear the necklace somehow got broken. It was not broken when I mailed it. I'd like to make it up to you. Would you like to select 2 necklaces out of my closet for free? Would this be an acceptable resolution? You are also able to contact Poshmark for a refund...not sure if you knew that. elisabethklufer Hi, thanks so much for your comment, I really did appreciate it. It was weird to open up a box and find a broken necklace. I'd love to get a refund, but it isn't worth paying for sending it back, it didn't cost much. So tell me what you think. Elisabeth

magicpear @elisabethklufer If you contact Poshmark and tell them it arrived broken, they will refund your money and you don't have to send it back. I will agree to the refund if they ask me (sometimes they contact the seller because the seller has the money deducted). I'm sorry it got broken, I tried to wrap it really well.

You can register a complaint with Poshmark for a full refund or send the item back to me for a full refund or you can pick out two necklaces from my closet and I can send those to you free of charge. Please let me know. I won't message you again...just wanted to try to resolve this one last time. All the best for 2024.

dollydaydream1 Hi, thx for your offer on my flying pig brooch - I didn’t actually realize this is still listed. If I accept, after Posh take their high fee, I will be left with $1.05, which really isn’t worth my time packing, driving to the post office etc. would you consider bundling it with another item?
