poshkscloset Hi, I received my heels a day or so ago and wore them for the first time (for about 20 minutes in the house today)... and when I removed them, the soles of both shoes came clean out (it appears that the glue that holds them are completely worn out in both shoes). I tried to send a private message, but it looks like I don't have an "old bundle" to let you know about it through. Sorry.

misselisefrench @poshkscloset hi so sorry to hear that! When I inspected the shoes it wasn’t visible to me that the insoles weren’t glued on properly 😞 please feel free to open a dispute with poshmark sorry for the inconvenience 🙏

poshkscloset @misselisefrench I contacted Poshmark support as suggested and stated that I was prepared to have the shoes fixed and do a partial refund but they emailed back this morning and only spoke of giving me a full refund and me returning the shoes (they are unusual and I quite like them so would prefer to keep and fix them). Are full refunds and returns the only possibility? Thank you.
