I live in rural MO where the county roads freeze over and have been unable to reach the post office.( or the school, work....) The forecast is clear by Monday and since it’s a holiday the mail will not run until Tuesday. However, I’m sending a little gift along with the earrings. It says you can contact the post office to either schedule delivery or you can pick it up. I noticed in previous comments you mentioned you have stuff shipped to your work and I’m guessing that maybe the office is closed due to Covid. So if you’re wondering where on earth your dress is, that’s what is going on. 😀
