eek686s Hi! I reached out to posh to have them send me another label and this is what they responded with: Thank you for the email. At this time, we kindly ask that you do not ship a replacement item to the buyer, as it will be difficult for us to track it in our system. The case has been approved for a return, therefore you should be receiving your item back from the buyer shortly. Once you receive the item, the buyer will be issued a refund for the order.
