gpadilla0103 @elizabeth2882 when I sold the bag to you, I was unaware of the missing chains. I asked Poshmark to release payment as it is still pending on my end. I am really sorry. I have three sisters with amazing merchandise “closets” and it was definitely an oversight. Please let me know when you receive the money as I have not received it on my end either. I wrote a comment to Poshmark under “my orders.” With that being said, they should release the funds back to your account:)
