kida2019 Hi I saw that I said that it doesn’t work but it does! I tested it before I shipped it. You may need to charge it. Also you have to unlatch it and press one of the arrow on it. The arrow should turn green once you press the button. After that you heap a peace of hair put it between the brush and close it should work then. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
