miggieb08003 Libby, so very sorry!!! I have never had this happen before...ugh! I will get in touch with Posh and try to get to the bottom of things. In the meantime, I will package the coat to send ASAP! BTW, I am going to ask that POSH refund your shipping, as an accommodation...let's see. I will be in touch. Melissa

miggieb08003 Libby, this is part of what I just sent to POSH... poshlibby ordered my 'cashmere coat' on 11/12 (4:38PM). I then received a cancellation notice (11/13...12:27AM) from Posh..."Please do not ship." I commented Libby on the cancellation. I noticed that the coat wasn't showing as available for Sale, and wasn't able to right the listing. I received comment(s) from Libby today (11/15) that she did not cancel, and that she still wants the coat. She is as confused as I am! Melissa

miggieb08003 Libby, this is the next part of the note to POSH Please advise me as to what has happened here...there seems to be some terrible miscommunication on your end regarding this, and the customer is in the middle! I have re-printed the packing slip and am readying the coat to ship to her. I am asking that PoshMark confirm the sale and that I should go ahead with shipping. Additionally, Posh should refund Libby her shipping, as this erroneous cancellation by Posh has caused an unnecessary delay.

miggieb08003 Libby, I haven't yet heard back from Posh, not certain if you have either. I did just notice that the coat is now listed as For Sale...not my doing however. So confusing...ugh. I will try again to see what the deal is, but it is frustrating that there is no way to call them at Posh. I have another idea if this doesn't work...stay tuned! Melissa

miggieb08003 Libby, Posh just got back to me on my inquiries. This is the gist of what they said..."Due to unverified payment by the buyer, we had to cancel order". I am sorry, but I hope that you understand that I cannot ship the coat without payment verification. If this is in error, I hope that you can clear it up with PoshMark directly. In the meantime, I am going to place it on a temporary 'Not for Sale' for you. best, Melissa
