ejzma @eciarlello lowest would be $18 only because I’m closing my closet this week. $12 is like giving you the toddler top for free. As a seller we can’t control shipping cost. Thanks

nabutela Hi, I just saw your dispute on the LuLuLemon bag! I swear I did not see the peeling or ripped places! I am not disputing your photos. I checked the bag inside & out because I am very particular about what I list for sale. I do not want anyone to be disappointed. I would have never even listed it and just given it away if I had noticed all of those spots. I am truly sorry that I did not notice. And very sorry that you had to experience this.

eciarlello @nabutela Thank you for reaching out! I was shocked as well with the lovely packaging and the inside is amazing! I lifted it from the tissue paper and right away a few black flakes fell out. The front polka dots look great and then I realized it was coming from the ends that are cracked and flaking. Maybe it was storaged for a while and the material got dried out? Not sure, I'm sure it was just over looked.

nabutela @eciarlello again I am so sorry! I know I was concerned about the scratches on the bottom but truly thought those were the only flaws. I cannot say enough times how horrible I feel that I did not notice the flaking! I am just embarrassed. Sorry sorry 🙁

nabutela Your return label is being sent and you will be refunded! I cannot apologize enough. I promise you, I did not see what your pictures showed. I can only guess there might have been some wrinkles or puckering that I did not notice & in shipping the plastic material started to disintegrate & flake off. So very sorry for receiving something from me that should have been lovely & it was not! 🙁
